The Broad Place is serviced on Monday, Wednesday and Friday – and enquiries, dispatch or order requests will be tended to on these days. 

Payment Methods

We accept the following international credit cards – Visa, MasterCard and American Express. At this time, we do not accept PayPal, checks or money orders. In which currency are product prices quoted? The base currency on tbpglobal.wpengine.com is Australian Dollars (AUD). All purchases and transactions made through thebroadplace.com are in AUD.

If you’d like to purchase a gift voucher for either our Online Store or for one of The Broad Place’s services, i.e A Vedic Meditation Course, Private Mentoring or an Event, please get emails us.

Shipping

Does tbpglobal.wpengine.com ship internationally?
Yes we do! The Broad Place currently ships Australia wide. Internationally, we also service New Zealand, United Kingdom, USA, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Spain, Turkey and Sweden and etc. Please email us if you need any help with shipping.

Taxes
Goods and Services Tax (GST) is included in our prices.

When can I expect to receive my order?
Please note that items are shipped from Sydney, Australia. Where the order is to be delivered to an Australian address, The Broad Place will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the order within 5-7 working days (excluding official public holidays) from the date the order was submitted by you.

How will I know if my order has been received?
After you place an order at tbpglobal.wpengine.com, we will send you an order confirmation email. When your order ships, we will send you a second email with tracking details.

How do I track my order?
Track your order and view the status of your package at http://auspost.com.au/track/.
You will need to enter your tracking number, which can be found in your shipping confirmation email.

How do I change or cancel my order?
If you would like to make changes to your order please email us please contact us as soon as possible at info@thebroadplace.com.au. We cannot guarantee changes will be possible if the order has already been dispatched.

Returns Policy

Returns
Please choose your purchase carefully as all sales are final. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any product unless the product you receive form tbpglobal.wpengine.com is damaged or faulty. In the event that this does occur, we are happy to exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Unfortunately we are not able to refund shipping charges and you will be responsible for the return shipping. Please note that all exchanges will depend on stock availability.

To initiate a return, please contact The Broad Place Customer Care on info@thebroadplace.com.au within 14 days of receipt of your order. We will guide you through the return process.

In fairness to our distribution partners, The Broad Place retail locations are not required to accept returns for products purchased at tbpglobal.wpengine.com. Likewise, we do not accept returns or process refunds for products purchased from physical retail locations.

Exchanges & Store credits
At this time we do not offer exchanges or store credits.

Incorrect goods
We have assembled an efficient supply chain to ensure you receive the goods you order on time, and that you enjoy the tbpglobal.wpengine.com experience. In the event that the product you receive does not match the product ordered (as reflected in your confirmation email), please contact us (info@thebroadplace.com.au) upon receipt of the goods. We ask that you keep all shipping documentation for record.

Damaged Goods
If the goods that you receive from coasttocoastaustralia.com are damaged in transit, please contact us (info@thebroadplace.com.au) immediately upon receipt of the goods. We ask that you keep all outer packaging (carton or bag) and take a picture for record.

Refunds on Bookings

Notes of refunds and cancellations.
The Broad Place has a policy of charging fairly when places are booked. This is to encourage participants to treasure their place, commit to their booking and reduce cancellations. While we appreciate that some participants will have genuine and difficult reasons for not being able to attend, it is impossible for us to judge whether any individual cancellation is deserving of a refund. To make things fair we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If you have paid in full you will need to find a replacement for your place if you are unable to attend.
