You. There’s only one. In all of the time, forever in the whole universe, only one you. The Population Reference Bureau puts the number of people on earth that have EVER lived, at 108 billion people. Out of that number, there has only ever been one you.
So how do we truly step up into that knowledge, and ensure that we express that uniqueness?
- We start reminding ourselves, daily, that there is only one of us.
- We don’t use this to think we are special, but we use this to align ourselves to the truth of this so we can harness this as a gift.
- We stop lying to ourselves and others and step up into our personal power.
- We start celebrating.
- We begin to deeply appreciate and be grateful for all that is in this life that we have.
- We cut off from worrying about what other people might think, the other 7.4 billion people on the face of the earth right now, shouldn’t really care. If they are, they should return their focus to their own lane and unique position.
- We realise our mistakes aren’t that dramatic and we embrace failing, learning, getting back up.
- We open ourselves to the energy that is available when we are fully aligned with the universe and its ability to flow through us.
