When we began to work with the term High Grade Living, it really meant intentional living, elevated to enjoy life at its best. That gorgeous sky as the sun sets, not in the background but being appreciated with your full attention. Being truly present to the conversation with a friend rather than half on your phone. Enjoying your cup of coffee seated and totally absorbed rather than gulping on the road. You get the gist. High Grade Living is about intentionally living the moments of your life with care and love and tenderness, for once they pass we can never get them back.
But we are conditioned away from this. We are conditioned to crave, to want, more and more and more.
So today I want to ask you, what do you want your life to truly look like? Who do you want to BE within this life? How might you let go of your conditioning so that you can be aligned to your higher self, living authentically. What can you edit out if your life that detracts from this?
