There are so many storms emotionally for us all at the moment. Big fronts come bearing down on us, unexpected as there was emotional blue sky only an hour before. Warm updrafts we didn’t expect from small lovely shared moments of human connection. Clear tranquil skies and suddenly it’s raining sideways.
How can we protect ourselves when everything feels so uncertain? Remember that it’s all just weather. It keeps passing and moving and shifting. As the endless sky beyond we can just observe it all.
