Have you ever carved out time in the morning for reverence and ritual?
Do you know what types of food nourish and support your body the best?
At what times your body digests it’s food?
Do you know your personal sleeping rhythms?
What are your peak energy states during the day?
How can you maximise this Yang (outward/energised) time of day, and rest in your more Yin (inwards, retreating) times of day?
Both men and women’s bodies align with the moon, do you support yourself each month with rest and activity at times that feel best?
Are you living and eating in alignment with the seasons?
Begin to attune yourself to your inner nature and the nature around you and will find so much more energy and support and flow.
