Things to explore:
- How do you define kindness, truly to you, not just some adopted belief?
- What blocks your kindness? For example, when tired and cranky its harder to be kind, so how can you work on your fatigue (clue, be regular with your Integrated Meditation sessions!!)
- How can you increase your kindness to someone that needs it this week? Think of someone specific and your actions in relation to them.
- How can you increase your kindness to yourself? To your mind and body.
