Integrated Meditation Weekend Course – Notting Hill 17th-19th June

Our first course in Integrated Meditation will take place across a weekend, Friday evening 17th and Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th June session in a private apartment. This course is limited in size to keep it intimate, so if you wish to enrol but need more information, please don’t hesitate to request a free Introductory Call with Jac.

This course over three sessions will equip you with all you need to build your daily meditation practice, to transform stress, enhance sleep, and build clarity, creativity and emotional resilience. You will receive a personal mantra in the first session, and then we will work on foundations for your practice, daily integration of, the neuroscience of meditation, as well as the mind body connection. You also receive ongoing support and the ability to resit the course online or in person anytime you wish.

Saturday 18th 2-4.30pm
Sunday 19th 10.30-1pm
