Rounding is a carefully crafted Ancient Vedic Practice designed to take your meditation to the next level. A 45-60min Meditation practise with a combination of Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing) and Mantra Meditation that dramatically unlocks and releases stress deep within the nervous system.
Rounding is a wonderful practice that eliminates incredible amounts of stress, ensures a deep meditation and incredible levels of clarity. A specific sequence of gentle yoga asanas, pranayama breathing and meditation. Rounding is considered to be one of the most purposeful ways in which to fast track accessing greater states of consciousness and to create your mental and physical health’s pure potential. Rounding can be done absolutely anywhere once learned, and when practiced takes between 45-60 minutes as an all inclusive practice.
We teach Rounding in a private setting and also workshops with you on how to personalise Rounding to your needs and schedule. You simply wear comfortable gym or yoga clothes to the session. It’s considered a secret weapon in many Vedic Meditator’s tool box’s as it takes your meditation to the next level. We don’t know anyone who has learnt it and doesn’t value it immensely. After you contact one of our team and arrange a time for your class you will be emailed confirmation of this. Please wear comfortable clothes you can move in and please note there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any sessions cancelled after 24hrs will be charged in full.
