More and more people are turning to Meditation as an effective tool for stress release, increasing creativity and productivity and as a way of restoring inner balance and energy levels. There are many different varieties of Meditation out there, which can be likened to the variety there is in exercise; All of them have their benefits but don’t all get the same level of results.
At The Broad Place, we teach Broad Place Meditation, which we believe is the most effective and effortless form of meditation there is. It is taught in person over 3 consecutive 60min-3hr sessions and comes from the Ancient Knowledge of the Veda, which is over 5000yrs old.
Our free intro nights are held most Mondays in Paddington and one Sunday a month in Palm Beach and runs as a very casual 30-40min talk on the history of Broad Place Meditation, it’s many benefits and how our courses are taught. This is a great place to start for those who are interested in Meditation or are looking for an effective way of bringing more calm in to your everyday life.
