When we operate from fear, we view everything as a threat. It’s simply the way we are wired. If we are hungry and we walk down the street, what we will notice is food, people eating, stalls and stores filled with food. If we are searching for a building number, we will see signs and numbers everywhere, and people, the weather, the other things will fade back into the background whilst we focus. When we fall in love, we think of that person often, and things constantly remind them of us.
When we operate from fear, we view everything as a threat. We read the news with fear as our mindset, we enter the public with fear, we hear friends stories through the lends of threat, further grinding in more fear, and potentially panic.
So we want to ensure that we keep our views of the world, the news, our lives, as vast as space. Our actions, not chunky and heavy like rocks, but as fine as flour, easily shifting, soft and full of movement. A large, generous view, with actions that align to that. How might you create more space today?
