At the end of this course you will know how to choose which mantra to use when, and also how to meditate every day for 15 minutes, which is 1% of your day, in order to enhance your life!

Mindfit Meditation is for the busy minded, the overwhelmed, the overworked and even the uninspired. Mindfit is for anyone who wants to enhance their emotional resilience and promote emotional fitness within themselves. For we all have moments where we feel like we’re trapped in a cluttered mind or our thoughts are all over the place and we just can’t seem to align them. Mindfit gives us the opportunity to piece it all back together, allowing us to rebuild and remold our emotional selves. Just like our muscles need rest to become stronger, our minds need dedicated time to become clearer.
How it works
The Mindfit course is introduced over three 15 minute lessons that set you up to begin your practice. Then 5 shorter lessons that provide tips and tricks on how to really strengthen your discipline. These lessons have been designed to provide the wisdom suitable to support your Mindfit journey. You can resit the course at any time and engage with the extra materials that are included, to help deepen your understanding and practice of Mindfit Meditation.
We offer Mindfit Meditation as part of our Workplace Membership Model in which small or large businesses can offer meditation and cohesive self development programs to their teams.
