The Impact Of Our Thoughts

Thoughts and Cellular Structure

From personal experience we understand the power of words, and from a philosophical experience, that they impact us and the people around us. Did you know however that they also impact things. We understand through Quantum Physics that we are made up of the same matter as humans, as absolutely everything around us. So naturally from a scientific perspective we can see that if our cellular structure is the same as everything else, than what occurs for us, could occur to the things around us.

Japanese scientist Dr Masuro Emoto experimented a lot with the impact of emotions, sounds and imagery on the structure of water. What he discovered is that the structure of water changed with the emotional response humans had to a word that was pasted to the vessel of water. A happy response gave the water an entirely different structure to an angry, hateful response.

“This is one of the more difficult areas to clarify. However, from continuing these experiments we have come to the conclusion that the water is reacting to the actual words. For example, for our trip to Europe we tried using the words “thank you” and “you fool” in German. The people on our team who took the actual photographs of the water crystals did not understand the German for “you fool”, and yet we were able to obtain exactly the same kind of results in the different crystal formations based on the words used” Emoto

Plant Perception is also incredibly interesting. Indian Scientist Sir Jagadish Chandra Rose in 1900 began to prove that every plant and every part of it involved a sensitive nervous system that responded with emotion. Cleve Backster experimented with plants emotional response to the thoughts and actions of humans around them.

This initiates some thinking of the impact our own thoughts have on not only our nervous systems, but everything around us. And if the world is a self referral phenomenon, and what we know to be reflects back to us, then the quality of our thoughts is imperative to our genuine happiness. We know that stress wreaks havoc on our bodies. Likewise positive feelings create positive health.

So what we think and feel, creates not only a reaction within our own bodies, it impacts things around us as well.

ACTION

Today I will be aware of my internal dialogue and handbrake unnecessary negative thinking. I will be mindful and present within each moment, and ensure my mind is on the present moment and not constantly rehearsing the future and reviewing the past. I will use my five senses to keep me grounded and if at any time I find myself scattered, I will check in with what I am hearing, feeling, tasting, seeing and smelling to bring my awareness back to the present.

I have been thinking of the difference between water
and the waves on it.
Rising, water’s still water,
falling back,
it is water,
will you give me a hint
how to tell them apart?
Because someone has made up the word
wave, do I have to distinguish it from water?
There is a Secret One inside us;
the planets in all the galaxies
pass through his hands like beads.
That is a string of beads one should
look at with luminous eyes.
