I wanted to take a moment today to invite you to be kind to yourself. A lot of the time we are focused on being kind to others, sometimes at the cost to ourselves. Today I ask you, what is the single most kindest thing you can do to nurture yourself.
Some ideas;
What part of you can you forgive today?
How can you honour your body with kindness?
How might you eat in a way that’s kind to your body?
What storyline can you stop winding through your mind that is bringing you angst?
What type of self care might you do?
It’s been a massive year with some enormous hits along the way for a lot of us, and there is much processing to be done, so let’s do it in kindness to ourselves.
