Today before journaling I want you to sit for a moment with your eyes closed and ask, what does the person I wish to be, to feel, to experience daily look like?
Then sit with this and open your eyes and begin to journal:
- How far from that am I currently?
- What are the blocks to this and what am I committed to letting go?
- Where am I adding into my life instead of editing out?
- What can I do today, that will ease this and bring me closer to my higher self?
