This can be our guiding force in life. When the body is exhausted and mind frayed, we can tell who is in charge. Our bodies are like tuning forks for our consciousness. Additionally, the body will feed signals to the mind. It’s a beautiful play between the two. Which can make it challenging to know what’s really going on and who is in charge, cue overthinking and worry.

If the ego is having it’s way, it’s usually fraught. If the heart is leading, there is peace.
