MELBOURNE INTEGRATED MEDITATION COURSE – 3 SESSIONS OVER 3 EVENINGS

Come and learn an incredibly powerful meditation practice with Jacqui Lewis that you can practice for life with. There are two group times available for Session One, in which a traditional Vedic ceremony will take place and you will receive your personal mantra and begin your meditation practice. Then in Session Two we will meet again, and dive into all the practicalities about this practice, how it differs from others and really get into the nuts and bolts of how to practice this every day. We will also begin to look into scheduling and how flexible you can be with your 10-20 minute sittings that will happen once or twice a day depending on your personal schedule. Session Three is where we explore the physical and neuroscience of your practice and arm you with more tools and inspiration behind this technique and how to bring meditation into your life with steadiness and long lasting shifts and changes. 

Included in the course is all of your tuition, as well as membership to our online Vault with extra classes and information and the ability to resit our 2 hour long Masterclass online or resit the Live course either in person or online as you wish. 

The fees are $1200 incl GST per person and we offer discounts for students, full-time single parents or those suffering financial duress so please reach out to us info@thebroadplace.com.au for more information. 

The times on offer are:

SESSION ONE with has two options on Wed 20th November 4pm-5.15pm on OR 6pm-7.15pm (we will be in touch to book in the session that suits you more after you have enrolled)

SESSION TWO is Thurs 21st November 5.30-8pm

SESSION THREE is Friday 22nd November 5.30-8pm

And all three sessions have to be sat to complete the course.
