Each Challenge, I seem to make it more challenging for myself but hopefully more delightful for you by creating it from scratch. And this one I wanted to be moving, and encourage some deeper thinking. Perhaps it is my mindset at the moment, with a death near to me, a hospital scare and some deeply loving moments of late, that are bringing me an alive curiosity, perspective and a desire to share this with you? Regardless, let’s join together for this 10-Day Meditation Challenge with a daily sitting in your own time, and an email from me each day to hopefully prod your mind, heart and ego!
We are going to work with the teachings of Nisargdatta Maharaj and David Whyte.
This is free to all our Portal Members. If you are not a member yet, you can join us by simply enrolling in this course and then you choose what meditation practice you would like to do each day – I recommend sticking to a single style for the whole 10 days. You can as a Portal Member revisit Mindfit Meditation or listen to the library of Guided Meditations for example or sit in whatever style works for you.
Then the morning of August 1st, you will receive your first email with some things to ponder and dive into.
