When I was in government quarantine, Instagram was a life line for me, to my friends, students and the outer world. Then I lost my account for a day or so when it got hacked. It got me thinking about what life would look like without Instagram. There was a lot of consider given how much I use Instagram for The Broad Place, and I took stock of a lot. It’s a truly incredible medium that I love as a form of creative expression and as a platform for connection. Right now though I need a break.
Currently there is so much gloriousness happening in my personal life and my work life that needs my full attention – so I am taking a wee socials sabbatical. I’m also going to pare back my Letter writing to just a few a week. I have no idea how long this little sabbatical experiment will go for, as I don’t want to over think it, and instead go with instinct. I mean I might be back next week hahaha! But in the mean time, I am focussing on The DOJO which I am adoring, and our Integrated Meditation courses, and private mentoring, as well as some splendid personal creative projects. Oh and re-building our beautiful new life in Australia. You can contact me via my mobile if you have it or What’s App, or my team are fielding all emails and can also help get a message to me if urgent or teaching orientated.
Big love, and I can’t wait to see you on the other side.
