I have one rule for our meditation students and that is that they never apologise for not meditating.
Being anxious, stressed or strung out about our practice ensures we fall out of alignment with nature which is the whole purpose of our practice. The output is we are more resilient, flexible, and creative, and thus, we apply these principles back to our practice. We can’t ‘break’ or ruin our meditation practice.
And every day is a new day, and we start afresh.
Sent with love,
Jac
