When we are learning anything, there are usually concepts involved. We want to be sure to understand them, to test them and to find our truth within them.
When we become governed by the concept over the truth though, we are bound by it. Our learning will become only intellectual and not instinctive. This is the common way of teaching when it is all fancy words, untested theories, and intellect. This lacks in authenticity and will only work for so long.
Once we fully integrate a concept though, and the testing time and absorption of the concept can take a length of time, we can release the concept altogether, for we are at one with it. This is the ultimate goal.
