Right now there is a huge shift happening in the world, and let’s be frank, thank goodness. It can be hard to know within this time, when we are overwhelmed and checking out, when we are in need of rest, or just shying away and putting our heads under the covers out of fear and being uncomfortable.
What exactly is making us feel the discomfort, what we don’t want to look at? Or are we being triggered and further traumatised? How far are you willing to go, in your actions to support those in need? What might you be afraid of in that process?
Most importantly, checks and measures have you got in place to ensure you are doing the right kind of work, for yourself and others? Have you got a small collection of people that will call you out on your own BS? That you can discuss all of the above with, to converse, ponder and actually transform with?
Answering these questions I hope will bring some insight.
