Throughout the High Vibe Challenge, every day there is a new Intention we embody, as well as a Gratitude Exercise. This allows the mind to become crystal clear on what we want to bring into our lives and experience. As we went over on Thursday, mindset is everything. So directing your mind to the positive things you want happening, and want to bring into your life, helps raise your vibration.
As it’s the weekend, we recommend spending some time reading something nourishing and spiritual for your brain and soul to devour, and then taking some time to journal and ponder what you can learn from what you read. Also diving more deeply into your Intention is very powerful, extrapolating what it means for you, and how you want to approach this intention, brings extra energy to it.
