The wiring of the brain, the mind, the ego is such that it’s very challenging for us to see things just as they are. Instead we view them as we have experienced prior. With a veil over all that we see, do, and be.
Not super useful in a pandemic, let alone in any moment.
What would life look like, if you were aware of this automated and at times manic level of superimposing? You would begin to be able to decipher, this is real, this is not. You would begin to be able to see the tsunami of ideas that fill every moment, that are old, outdated. You would begin to be present to each and every moment with a fresh mind, with fresh eyes and connected to your heart.
