I think the last few months has taught us not to take as much as we may have previously for granted, but how can we transition so we don’t forget? What are the steps to ensuring this sheer insane roller coaster called our lives seeps into every cell of us, so that we can truly transform? Some short ideas…
– journal, write and document your thoughts and experiences
– practice gratitude daily, not fleetingly, but in every moment
– create a long list of things you promise to never take for granted. Write them out on tiny pieces of paper. Store in a beautiful pot. Pull one out daily to remind yourself not to forget the grace of that very thing.
– slow down to let things really seep in. Each coffee, each meal out, each conversation. Stay off devices during these moments.
