Have you ever noticed that when your intuition speaks to you, it’s a physical feeling. It’s like a channeling, a vibration, that is then followed by thought. We call it ‘gut instinct’ for a reason, for it does not come from our thinking mind. How many times have you said to yourself when something went wrong, ‘ I just KNEW that would happen’ with frustration. Well if we knew, why didn’t we do something about it? It’s because we doubt our intuition. The very thing here to guide us, we question, we shy away from.
So try letting unhelpful doubts sit unattended, instead of constantly engaging them. Try a week’s experiment where you run on intuition only. Every little signal and sign, run with it. Just for a week see how life feels and looks. Don’t let the doubts and overthinking clutter your mind. I have found a steady daily meditation practice to be the most beneficial for honing my intuition, but there are many things you can do. Just start experimenting.
