I have something I remind myself of constantly; there are no accidents and there are no coincidences. Everything is happening just as it should be, as an opportunity. And to be honest, I am saying this a lot to myself currently whilst our shipping container continues to be delayed even further and we are camping in our apartment in Notting Hill until all our things arrive!
Trusting the universe knows what’s going on, at times might seem a bit hocus pocus and woo woo but I prefer it over a chaos theory. It’s grounding, to ask what does this situation gift me? What can I learn? Understanding it might not be now that we understand the whole sequence but we may at a later stage. It calms me and helps me expand instead of totally losing my shit over small and big things. Expanding into the universal truths and getting into flow with nature, our purpose and why our little souls are here.
I am going to discuss this in more detail at our first London Meditation Meeting tomorrow, and how we can use our Integrated Meditation practice to tap into this universal support even more.
