L E T T E R from Jac – What Our Pain Teaches Us

I used to sprint from anything too painful. Mostly disempowering myself, I would always assume blame, and carry the burden of that, even when it wasn’t mine to carry. It’s a long path, I still walk to create and accept boundaries, and carry only what is mine. Along this path, I try to always keep this quote alive, like a little burning lamp to show me the right direction, the right actions, the right way, and I always hold that ‘anything or anyone that does not bring you alive is too small for you’.

If you need a little lamp like this, to show you the way and let go of those people and things too small for you, light it now.
