You know the saying, ‘you are what you eat’, well we are also ‘we are what we think’. So today, place your attention on the quality of the thoughts you ENGAGE with. We will of course always have crappy thoughts and bad thoughts and all that, they’re impossible to escape a lot of the time. You’re not generating them, they’re literally just there. However, the thoughts you pull in and believe are where we place our attention. Think of it like fishing. All the thoughts (about 80,000 a day) are all swimming around, which ones are you going to net and bring into the boat? What is the best quality that you want to keep and hold onto?
