Part of our Integrated Meditation program is encouraging 1% of the day dedicated to learning. It’s just 15 minutes. Reading something of a high grade, about creativity, consciousness and clarity creates inspiration, new ways of thinking and more importantly begins to pave new ways of being in the world. Knowledge is power. When the mind dips into a new conscious state for 20 minutes twice a day plus some resting time (3% of your day) the mind begins to open up in marvellously new dynamic ways.
So allowing it a little bath in something other than its thoughts about itself, the mind will begin to take on a new light, new flavours and continue to expand.
