The format for our course in Melbourne, will be the Friday 10th October will have four initiation sessions 11am, 3pm, 4.30pm and 6pm for people to come and attend and receive their mantra, and this session takes an hour. Then on Saturday 11th October the times will be 9am – 1pm for Sessions 2 and 3 (with a nourishing morning tea provided) and Sunday October 12th Session 4 will be 9am – 11am.

SESSION 4 Integrating Meditation Into Your Life and The Five Levels of Consciousness
Once you complete the course, you will be 100% independently practising Vedic Meditation, a tool you will have for life. You will gain an all access pass that allows you to repeat the program, attend knowledge meetings and group meditations at no additional cost. You will also have free access to the International Network of Vedic Meditation Teachers, allowing the ability to gain ongoing support and guidance with your meditation practice in many cities throughout the world.
