Most of us spend a large amount of time questioning our own actions, motives, worrying, fretting and stressing, about the things that inherently make us human.
I hear so much, ‘but I’m a meditator, I didn’t think I would feel anger anymore’ and the like.
What if we instead we were compassionate and understanding of our own humanity? If we recognized that nothing makes us completely invincible to being a human, and all the complexities that come with it. That there is in fact nothing wrong with us…
